We are in the process of expanding our Secretariat and are welcoming on board the following new staff members:Sandra Thobias as Administrator - Sandra has ten years' experience working in administration - and joins us from an international conservation organisation. Fluent in five languages (including Swahili) we are delighted to have her on board - to ensure that TNRF is run efficiently and effectively. Sandra will provide much needed and appreciated support to the Secretariat
Daniel Ouma as Rangelands and Livelihoods Task Force Programme Officer - Daniel is joining us to facilitate the development of the Rangelands and Livelihoods Task Force with our partners. Daniel is graduating from Nairobi University with a Masters in Range Management, and has already accumulated strong experience in rangeland management and livelihoods issues in Turkana (northern Kenya) and Narok (sothern Kenya).
In addition we are expecting two other core Secretariat members to join us shortly - a Communications Officer and a Human-Wildlife Conflict Coordinator.
