International Expert to Review and Improve National FSC Standards

1. This is invitation for submission of Expression of Interests follows the general provision of consultancies and services policy of WWF Tanzania Country Office.

2. WWF Tanzania Country Office in collaboration with Forest and Beekeeping Division has received funds from FAO for developing National FSC Standards for promoting Sustainable Forest Management in Tanzania.

3. WWF Tanzania Country Office wishes to invite interested and eligible International FSC Experts to indicate and submit their interests on providing the above services. The interested experts must provide information indicating their qualifications and experiences to perform similar services. Company profiles, experiences and description of similar assignments performed in the past.

4. Note that this assignment requires incumbent candidate to be able to review and refine the current final draft of National FSC Standards which have been developed by a wide range of stakeholders in Tanzania.

5. International FSC Expert(s) will be selected according to criteria set out by FSC International procedures.
