Tanzania Natural Resource Forum (TNRF) in collaboration with KINNAPA under Ardhi Yetu Project(AYP) plus and Participatory Rangeland Management (PRM) project implemented in Kiteto District conducted Stakeholders dialogue on November 22nd2019. The dialogue aimed at sharing experience and achievement in resolution of matters related to land conflicts, governance accountability and climate change.
The dialogue brought 73 participants including; District Executive Director (DED), District Commissioner (DC), District Chairperson, UCRT, PAICODEO and NAADUTARO. The meeting also had an opportunity to receive a representative from the Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO). From the community; the dialogue was attended by representatives from grazing clusters under PRM project namely; - ALOLE, OLENGAPA, KIMBO and NAPALAI, and District Officers (Livestock Officer, Planning Officer, Environmental Officer, Agricultural Officer, Participatory Rangelands Management Officer, members of the District Peace and Security Committee, and Village Executive Officers).

Jumuiko la Maliasili Tanzania (TNRF) kwa kushirikiana wadau wake Ujamaa Community Resource Team (UCRT), Tanzania Tour Operators (TATO), Tanzania Confederation of Tourism (TCT), Tanzania Private Sector Foundation (TPSF) na Mazingira Network Tanzania (MANET) wamepata fursa ya kukutana na wajumbe zaidi ya 90 kutoka Kamati ya Ardhi, Maliasili na Utalii, Nishati na Madini, Kilimo, Mifugo na Maji na Kamati ya Sheria Ndogo
Mkutano huu pia ulihudhuriwa Waziri wa nchi ofisi ya waziri mkuu anayeshughulikia uwekezaji Mh. Angela Kairuki;Waziri wa madini Mh. Dotto Biteko; Naibu waziri wa ardhi, nyumba na maendeleo ya makazi Mh Angelina Mabula, Naibu waziri wa maliasili na utalii Mh. Costantine Kanyasu, Naibu waziri wa viwanda na biashara. Wengine walikuwa ni Kamishna wa Ardhi, pamoja ya wataalamu kutoka katika wizara hizi.
Malengo ya mkutano huu ilikuwa kupata mtazamo wa wabunge wajumbe wa kamati mbalimbali zinazogusa moja kwa moja maswala ya rasilimali asili ikiwemo wanyamapori, kujua ukubwa wa tatizo na kukubaliana namna bora ya kushirikiana kwa sekta hizi kutatua maswala ya mwingiliano wa sheria hizi.
Tanzania Natural Resource Forum have received recognition award on the impact in engagement with government for social change. The foundation for Civil Society had received 166 nomination of organization that have outstanding in number of specified areas. Through those nominations TNRF is among the organizations that have received recognition on its work.
