WCS Ruaha Landscape Program seeks a motivated and organized individual to join its Community Liaison Program. Candidates with experience in Participatory Rural Appraisal, Community Mapping, CBNRM and/or livestock extension are invited to apply. Fluency in Swahili is mandatory, and good computer and English skills are desirable.

WCS Ruaha Landscape Program are seeking a motivated individual with strong collaboration skills and at least 3 years of experience in agricultural and rural development and/or social and biological data collection analysis and dissemination. The successful candidate will be fluent in Swahili, have strong written English and computer skills and be comfortable working in rural village settings. Duties will involve synthesizing the findings from interdisciplinary research projects and communicating the results to a variety of stakeholders, partners and donors. Salary and benef

The course, including the 2 days field visits, is offered for free by the University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland (UASWS) and the Swiss Development Cooperation, who is ensuring the venue of Ms. Andrea Finger Stich from the UASWS and M. Fred Nelson from the Tanzania Natural Resource Forum (TNRF) who are going to give the course.
