WWF will host a workshop on human-elephant conflict with the following aims:
- To share diverse wildlife conservation experiences from central government, District Councils and the community
- To evaluate various techniques and methods employed in reducing human-elephant conflicts
- To generate strategies that enhance elephant conservation as well as mitigate the conflicts between humans and elephants in the southeastern zone of Tanzania

TNRF will host the Zambia Land Alliance to visit organizations in the Northern Zone and Dar-es-Salaam working on land rights. The goal of the visit is explore opportunities for strengthening networks and develop strategies to address land tenure security for poor women and men.
