Tanzania Natural Resource Forum (TNRF) in collaboration with KINNAPA and Kiteto district Council through Participatory Rangeland Management (PRM) project facilitated the democratic process of OLENGAPA members to elect their leaders of choice and gave them induction training for new leaders of Olengapa Livestock Keepers Association (OLKA) from 20^th to 26^th January, 2019 in Kiteto district, Manyara region, Tanzania; which is one of the PRM pilot sites.

The main objective of the fieldwork was to facilitate the elections of new officials of OLKA and conduct trainings on their roles and responsibilities in relation to PRM implementation. The activity follows the resolutions of the PRM technical meeting in Dar Es Salaam where it was agreed that OLKA to assume the role of the institution through which PRM will be implemented in Kiteto District.
