Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of work plans/schedule,
- Monitoring timeframe and follow up on the PO activities.
- Ability to work with M.4.P (Making Markets work for the poor) approach
- Liaison with public and private sectors as per the need of the project
- Implementation of effective monitoring and evaluation tools and analysis
- Ensure effective implementation of appropriate strategies to make good results to LEAD Agriculture Project.
- Coordinate Peer farmer Development individually and as a group
